Phone Consultation
Finding the right therapist can be a daunting experience, especially when you’re basing your decision on a website or brief introduction! I offer a free, twenty-minute phone consultation for new clients. This call gives you a chance to discuss your goals and expectations for treatment and ask any questions you may have about me. After this consultation, you may choose to schedule the initial session or I will provide referrals for a clinician better matched for your individual needs.

Initial Session
To start, we will review important paperwork and begin discussing your experiences and goals for therapy. I will also focus on gathering insights and building a strong, trusting relationship.

Ongoing Treatment
During ongoing sessions, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment, where you will be offered both a brave and safe space to explore and process your truths. Together, we’ll focus on your goals, identify obstacles, and help you build effective coping tools to manage the stressors in your life.

Termination
Your participation in therapy is entirely voluntary, and your autonomy is deeply valued. You have the freedom to choose when to end our work together. Typically, we will collaboratively decide on the timing of termination once your therapeutic goals have been reached. However, you are always free to end therapy whenever it feels right for you or if your circumstances change.
